Tyrant-Tula [Jude Deluca]

Digital sketch commission for of a very minor character from DC comics' four issue mini series, Kingdom Come.
Jude provided me with references as he always does but I was curious about the character, started looking around, and found nothing. So I whipped out my own bound copy of Kingdom Come and looked for her in there. I found only two images; one was the image Jude had already provided me with but was sandwiched between two pages halfway through the book so I couldn't see it proper in the comic anyway, and the other cut her off about halfway down the torso where the page ended, and I almost missed her because it was the middle of a battle and she was kinda overtaken by Batman in the panel XD
Talk about obscure.
One thing that popped into my head while I was drawing her--I don't know a whole lot about the character or what went into her design, but the spindley legs of her lower half got me thinking... maybe she was mutated into looking the way she is.... OR... she's a paraplegic. Which I thought would have been really cool; to have her legs tucked up in a false bottom with six other legs and then give her wings to fly? Tell me that's not bad ass. But then again, that's just random speculation, haha.
